The Perfect Parent: Using the Heavenly Father as our Example | Erin Creekmore
We all do it, even when we try to avoid it. We evaluate our parenting skills on the product we have created, our children. “Good” children =”Good” parents and vice versa. In this session, participants will be given tools to take the spotlight off of our children (their behaviors, their successes and shortcomings) and place it on the one and only perfect parent, our Heavenly Father! God has given us a beautiful example by which to model our parenting. While the behaviors of our children may have our heads spinning like a top some days, we can count on God to provide us with the tools we need to raise our children in a way that honors Him and blesses them with a solid foundation for the journey of life.
